Control Loops

Control cables are commonly used for auxiliary power or signals for those devices that don’t require large, heavy conductors. These cables can be assembled with an overall shield and armored and sheathed with conductor colors such as all black or IEEE 1580-2001 color code. Covers for these loops are internally reinforced, with an outer layer of black styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) for abrasion resistance. For an extra degree of tensional strength, a hard-walled cover is optional that has steel wire helically wound internally.
